My first blog or how to get structure into my thoughts …

Harry Potter: “What is it?

Albus Dumbledore: “This? It is called a Pensieve. I sometimes find, and I am sure you know the feeling, that I simply have too many thoughts and memories crammed into my mind.

After a very long day at work and different very stimulating conversations with my colleagues I recognized that there are too much thoughts running around my head – and it remembered the “Pensieve” (or in German: “Denkarium”) from the Harry Potter books.

So I decided starting this little blog, alternating written in English and German to get some of my thoughts structured, shared and hopefully combined with new inspiring ideas.

As a very little beginning I’ll start collecting a few blogs I came across and everybody should know about (see the “Blogs you should know about”-section at the right sidebar).

Thanks Dughall, Leon, Matt Pearson and Oliver for their patience with me!

  1. Ein Gruß aus der Welt zurück! Viel Erfolg mit deinem Blog, auf dem hoffentlich viele Artikel “written in German” erscheinen.

  2. I am a huge fan of Harry Potter! Thank you for adding my blog to your list of blogs on the side. Also, I plan to move to Germany and learn more German sometime in 2014, and also teach English there (I’ll be coming on a working holiday visa).
I really liked the pensieve idea! That’s exactly what blogging is like for me too. I’ll definitely follow your blog and see what articles I can comment on 🙂
